Responsibilities
Handle all aspects of event registration processes efficiently.
Verify and process payments accurately.
Communicate with event organizers regarding registration data.
Create and maintain spreadsheets for tracking registrations.
Develop and implement new processes for improved registration efficiency.
Train new staff on registration procedures and software usage.
Address and resolve customer concerns in a timely manner.
Monitor event registration trends and report to management.
Assist in marketing efforts to promote upcoming events.
Ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
Requirements
Education
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience
2+ years of experience in customer service or registration roles
Technical Skills
CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
Event registration platforms (e.g., Eventbrite)
