Join our team as a Registration Representative, where you will assist customers with event registrations, provide excellent service, and maintain organized records. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented and customer-focused.

Responsibilities

  • Handle all aspects of event registration processes efficiently.
  • Verify and process payments accurately.
  • Communicate with event organizers regarding registration data.
  • Create and maintain spreadsheets for tracking registrations.
  • Develop and implement new processes for improved registration efficiency.
  • Train new staff on registration procedures and software usage.
  • Address and resolve customer concerns in a timely manner.
  • Monitor event registration trends and report to management.
  • Assist in marketing efforts to promote upcoming events.
  • Ensure compliance with data protection regulations.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in customer service or registration roles
Technical Skills
  • CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
  • Event registration platforms (e.g., Eventbrite)
Soft Skills
  • Excellent communication skills

Languages
  • English: Fluent
