Job Description
As a Lead Pourer, you will be pivotal in the metal casting process, ensuring molten metal is poured accurately into molds. You'll also oversee a team to maintain the quality and safety standards of our production line.
Responsibilities
Lead the pouring operations for various cast products.
Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and practices.
Direct and oversee a team of pourers.
Actively participate in the quality control processes.
Work closely with engineering and quality teams to enhance casting processes.
Keep records of production output and material usage.
Conduct regular equipment checks and maintenance.
Requirements
Education
High School Diploma or GED equivalent
Experience
5+ years of direct experience in a metal pouring and casting environment.

Languages
English: Fluent
Advantageous
Forklift Certification: Ability to operate forklifts and other heavy machinery safely.
