Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Bank Compliance Officer to ensure our organization's adherence to banking regulations and policies. The individual in this role will be responsible for implementing and monitoring compliance programs, conducting audits, and providing guidance to management and staff on regulatory matters.

Responsibilities

• Create and update compliance manuals and training materials to reflect current regulations.
• Facilitate compliance-related meetings with stakeholders.
• Support the development and enhancement of the compliance framework.
• Lead investigations into compliance breaches and violations and recommend corrective actions.
• Engage in continuous learning about emerging compliance trends and regulations.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or related field
• Professional certification in compliance is preferred

Experience

• Demonstrated experience in a compliance or regulatory role within the banking industry.
