Job Description

As a Funeral Attendant at Community Care Services, you will be pivotal in supporting families during their time of need. Your role will involve managing donations, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring a well-organized environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage the reception of donations and sort items accurately.
• Keep the donation area clean and organized at all times.
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient operations.
• Engage with donors in a respectful and helpful manner.
• Adhere to all guidelines regarding donation acceptance and processing.
• Provide assistance with additional tasks as needed.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Previous experience in customer service or a retail environment is preferred.

Languages
