Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Shoe Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining machinery used in the production of quality footwear. If you have a keen eye for detail and a passion for craftsmanship, this role is for you.

Responsibilities

• Prepare machines and equipment for production runs.
• Adjust machine settings to accommodate various shoe designs.
• Document production output and report discrepancies to management.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and suggest process optimizations.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding production status.

Requirements

Education

• Vocational training in manufacturing or related field

Experience

• Previous experience in shoe crafting or similar role is advantageous

Technical Skills

• Machinery maintenance

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with 3D printing technologies: Hands-on experience with 3D printing for prototype footwear production.
