Job Description

We are seeking a Computer and Information Systems Manager to lead our technology strategies and oversee system development projects. As a key member of our management team, you will guide a group of skilled professionals, ensuring optimal operation while fostering innovation.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the planning and execution of technology projects across departments.
  • Ensure the integration of new technologies into existing systems.
  • Conduct regular assessments of the technology infrastructure.
  • Facilitate cross-departmental collaboration to meet tech needs.
  • Prepare and oversee budgets for technology projects.
  • Manage vendor relationships to optimize service delivery.
  • Advise on best practices in technology and data security.
  • Provide regular updates to the executive team on project status.
  • Develop training programs for staff on new technologies.
  • Evaluate technology operations and propose improvements.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Computer Science or a relevant field is highly preferred
Experience
  • 10+ years of experience in technology leadership roles
