We are seeking a skilled Glass Blowing and Molding Engineer to lead our glass forming processes. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in glass engineering, focusing on innovative manufacturing techniques and quality assurance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design of new glass forming processes and methodologies.
• Work with cross-functional teams to identify and solve production issues.
• Analyze production data to implement improvements on glass quality and yield.
• Create and enforce quality control measures during production processes.
• Provide technical support to production staff for resolving manufacturing challenges.
• Keep abreast of industry trends and new technologies in glass production.
• Develop innovative solutions for process efficiency and sustainability.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field

Experience

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in glass forming or a related manufacturing field
