Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Aerospace Engineer to join our talented team in Portland. This role involves designing, analyzing, and testing aerospace systems and components. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in aerodynamics and propulsion systems, as well as practical experience using advanced modeling software.

Responsibilities

  • Lead technical projects within the aerospace department focusing on design, testing, and evaluation.
  • Implement design modifications based on test results to improve performance and safety.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams on aircraft performance optimization strategies.
  • Review and provide feedback on project documentation and engineering designs.
  • Engage in professional development and training initiatives to enhance engineering skills.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering
  • Master's degree in Aerospace Engineering is preferred
Experience
  • 3-7 years of experience in aerospace or mechanical engineering
Technical Skills
  • Finite Element Analysis (FEA)
  • Simulation Software (ANSYS, MATLAB)

Certifications
  • Project Management Professional (PMP)
Languages
