Job Description
Join our team as a Bakery Supervisor where you will oversee daily bakery operations ensuring top-notch quality and exceptional customer experience. You will lead a team, manage schedules, and maintain high safety standards.
Responsibilities
Oversee daily bakery operations and maintain production flow.
Monitor the quality of products and customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with suppliers to maintain stock levels and order supplies.
Develop and implement staff training programs.
Evaluate employee performance and provide feedback.
Ensure adherence to health regulations and ensure cleanliness.
Lead team meetings to discuss objectives and goals.
Act as a point of contact for customer feedback and complaints.
Assist with new product development and marketing strategies.
Conduct regular audits of bakery operations to identify improvement areas.
Requirements
Education
High School Diploma
Bachelor's degree in Bakery Management or Business Administration preferred
Experience
At least 3 years of experience in a supervisory role
