As a Bed and Breakfast Innkeeper, you will manage the daily operations of our charming establishment, ensuring that guests feel at home. You will be responsible for maintaining the property, overseeing staff, and providing outstanding customer service. Your role is central to creating delightful and memorable experiences for our guests.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and assist with their check-in/out procedures.
• Supervise housekeeping and maintenance to ensure a neat and tidy establishment.
• Handle reservations and deal with any customer inquiries or complaints.
• Coordinate with suppliers and manage inventory for breakfast and snacks.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to enhance guests’ experiences.
• Maintain financial records and perform bookkeeping tasks.
• Innovate marketing efforts to improve guest acquisition and retention.
• Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations and general cleanliness standards.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Hospitality Management degree preferred

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in a hospitality role

Technical Skills

• Food Safety Certification
• Conflict Resolution

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
