Operations Research Analyst

Job Description

The Operations Research Analyst will work closely with clients to analyze their needs and design effective information system solutions. You'll assess existing systems, provide improvement recommendations, and lead the implementation of new technologies.

Responsibilities

• Work alongside clients to understand their operational needs and develop solutions.
• Implement software applications, databases, and network integrations.
• Conduct rigorous testing for system reliability and performance.
• Participate in system maintenance and upgrades as required.
• Document and communicate findings during project evaluations.
• Provide insights on best practices in system integrations.
• Assist in managing multiple client projects simultaneously.
• Facilitate workshops and presentations to explain system functionalities.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in operations research or analytics

Certifications

• Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate

Languages

• English: Fluent
