Job Description

As a Tool and Die Maker, you will be responsible for designing and building precision tools and dies used in the metal stamping process. This role requires attention to detail and a deep understanding of metal fabrication.

Responsibilities

  • Read and interpret engineering blueprints and specifications.
  • Modify and repair existing dies to meet production deadlines.
  • Work with CNC machines and hand tools.
  • Conduct quality inspections of parts produced.
  • Assist in continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

Education
  • Completed apprenticeship in tool making or related field
Experience
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience in stamping die making
Technical Skills
  • Blueprint reading
  • Quality control methodology

  • Adaptability
Languages
  • English: Fluent

Advantageous

  • Knowledge of machining and fabrication: Experience in machining operations and fabrication techniques.
