Job Description

As a Counselor at Law, you will provide expert legal advice and representation to clients across various cases. Your role will involve conducting thorough legal research, drafting legal documents, and representing clients in negotiations and court proceedings.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough legal research and draft various legal documents.
• Advise clients on their legal rights and obligations.
• Negotiate and mediate on behalf of clients in settlements.
• Keep clients informed about the progress of their cases.
• Participate in trial preparations and court appearances.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.
• Provide clear and effective communication with clients and stakeholders.
• Assist in developing case strategies and preparing for court.
• Foster strong relationships with clients and maintain confidentiality.

Requirements

Education

• JD degree from an accredited law school
• Additional certifications in mediation or arbitration preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of legal experience with a focus on litigation.
