Job Description

As a Human Resources Generalist, you will play a crucial role in supporting our HR initiatives and enhancing the overall employee experience. Your responsibilities will include managing recruitment processes, administering benefits, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. We're looking for someone with strong interpersonal skills and a passion for people management.

Responsibilities

  • Handle the entire recruitment process, from job postings to candidate screenings.
  • Administer employee training programs and maintain training records.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and HR regulations.
  • Provide support in the administration of payroll processes.
  • Develop and maintain HR metrics and reports.
  • Support the implementation of wellness and employee assistance programs.
  • Collaborate with department heads to support employee relations and performance issues.
  • Assist in the development and rollout of employee engagement surveys.
  • Promote a culture of respect and inclusion within the organization.
  • Participate in HR-related projects to streamline processes and improve efficiency.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
  • Master's degree in HR Management is a plus
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in HR or a related field
