Job Description

We are seeking a Training and Development Specialist to enhance our employee training programs. The ideal candidate will develop, implement, and evaluate training and development programs to improve performance and drive company success.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions using a variety of instructional techniques.
  • Monitor and report on training outcomes and employee performance improvements.
  • Stay current with industry trends in training and development.
  • Assist in the development of succession planning and talent management strategies.
  • Provide one-on-one coaching and support to employees as needed.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Master's degree preferred
Experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in training and development or related field
Technical Skills
  • Instructional Design
  • Learning Management Systems (LMS)
Soft Skills

Certifications
  • Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP)
Languages
  • English: Fluent

Advantageous
