Job Description
We are seeking a Training and Development Specialist to enhance our employee training programs. The ideal candidate will develop, implement, and evaluate training and development programs to improve performance and drive company success.
Responsibilities
Facilitate workshops and training sessions using a variety of instructional techniques.
Monitor and report on training outcomes and employee performance improvements.
Stay current with industry trends in training and development.
Assist in the development of succession planning and talent management strategies.
Provide one-on-one coaching and support to employees as needed.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
Master's degree preferred
Experience
3-5 years of experience in training and development or related field
