Job Description

As a Business Operations Specialist, you will provide essential support to ensure the smooth operation of our programs. You'll work closely with clients to assess their needs, develop actionable service plans, and facilitate the delivery of services. Your role will be integral in advocating for clients and coordinating with community partners.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and address barriers to service delivery for clients.
  • Develop and facilitate workshops for community outreach.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance service offerings.
  • Evaluate program effectiveness and recommend improvements.
  • Engage with community stakeholders to foster relationships.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Social Science or related field
  • Master's degree preferred
Experience
  • At least 3 years working within a non-profit environment.
