We are seeking dedicated Floor Sanders and Finishers to restore and enhance the beauty of hardwood floors. The successful candidate will be responsible for sanding, staining, and finishing floors with precision while ensuring a high standard of workmanship.

Responsibilities

• Perform minor repairs on hardwood floors to improve aesthetics and functionality.
• Apply finishing products to achieve desired sheen and protection.
• Assist with inventory management of materials and tools.
• Document project details and report any issues to the supervisor.
• Follow all safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.

Requirements

Education

• Formal training in hardwood floor refinishing or related experience

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in hardwood floor refinishing or related field

Technical Skills

• Hardwood floor repair
• Use of refinishing machines

Soft Skills

• Problem-solving
• Teamwork

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Spanish: Basic

Advantageous

• Experience in repairing or replacing subfloors: Hands-on experience with structural aspects of flooring.
