Responsibilities

  • Assess educational needs through surveys and interviews with nursing staff.

  • Create a database of educational materials and resources for healthcare staff.
  • Organize workshops and seminars to promote continuous learning.
  • Document and analyze training outcomes to enhance program effectiveness.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field
  • Master's degree in Nursing Education preferred
Experience
  • Minimum of 3 years in clinical nursing experience, with prior experience in educational settings preferred.
