Job Description

As a Food Cooking Machine Operator, you will be tasked with operating equipment to produce high-quality instant potato products. You are integral to our production line, ensuring that every step from raw material reception to finished product packaging adheres to safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Receive and examine raw ingredients for quality assurance.
• Utilize cooking machinery and other processing equipment proficiently.
• Adjust and calibrate machinery to ensure optimal performance.
• Document all production activities accurately for quality assurance purposes.
• Perform regular maintenance checks on all equipment.
• Package products meet all food safety requirements.
• Load and organize finished products ready for distribution.
• Stay vigilant of safety measures while on the production floor.
• Lend support to new personnel during onboarding.
• Champion a culture of safety and teamwork among colleagues.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Previous experience in machine operation or quality control preferred.

Technical Skills

• Basic math skills
• Working knowledge of food safety standards

Soft Skills

• Teamwork skills
• Strong work ethic

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
