Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Puffer Tender to operate and maintain puffer machines used in textile production. The ideal candidate will ensure the machines run efficiently while adhering to safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Train and supervise junior Puffer Tenders on operational procedures.
• Perform quality checks on output produced by the puffer machines.
• Engage in troubleshooting and problem-solving during production.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Assist with machine layouts and production planning.
• Support the team in achieving production efficiency targets.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• At least 2 years of experience in textile production or machinery operation

Technical Skills

• Machinery troubleshooting
• Production monitoring

Soft Skills

• Communication
• Time-management

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with textile production machinery: Familiarity with various types of textile machinery, including puffer machines.
