UX Designer

Job Description

We're on the lookout for a talented UX Designer to join our creative team in Portland. In this role, you will work closely with project managers and developers to create intuitive and engaging user experiences. Your primary responsibility will be to conduct user research, design wireframes, and prototype solutions while ensuring a seamless user journey. Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze user feedback through surveys and direct interviews.
• Create wireframes and interactive prototypes to support design objectives.
• Collaborate with marketing and product management on user-centered initiatives.
• Optimize existing designs to enhance usability and engagement.
• Participate in project kick-off meetings to define design requirements.
• Conduct usability tests to assess user interaction with designs.
• Create and maintain a design system that supports consistency across products.
• Assist in presenting design solutions to stakeholders for approval.
• Identify and troubleshoot usability issues in live products.
• Foster a culture of design thinking within the team.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or similar

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in UX design with a strong portfolio

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Prototyping with InVision: Hands-on experience with InVision for creating interactive prototypes.
