Job Description

We are seeking a talented Architect with a passion for innovative design and sustainable practices to join our team in Phoenix. You'll collaborate on a variety of projects, from commercial spaces to residential developments, ensuring that each project meets the highest standards of quality and functionality.

Responsibilities

• Architect complex building designs that meet client specifications.
• Develop project proposals and timelines for client approval.
• Oversee construction to ensure adherence to design and quality standards.
• Research and implement sustainable design practices.
• Communicate effectively with contractors and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Assist in the preparation of contracts and bids.
• Provide architectural input during project negotiations.
• Maintain detailed project documentation for each phase.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture
• Master's degree in Architecture or Urban Planning is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of relevant experience in architectural projects

Technical Skills

• Visualization Software
• Building Information Modeling (BIM)

• Team Leadership
• Negotiation Skills

Certifications

• Registered Architect (RA)
• National Council of Architectural Registration Boards (NCARB) Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
