Job Description

As a Coating, Painting, and Spraying Machine Setter, Operator, and Tender, you will be responsible for operating and monitoring our advanced coating machinery, ensuring quality standards are met in all produced paper products. You will collaborate with team members to create innovative coating solutions for a diverse range of customers.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and maintain coating machines.
• Load and unload paper reels and prepare coating materials.
• Conduct quality checks on the coated paper products.
• Ensure a safe and clean work environment.
• Adjust machinery settings as needed to optimize production.
• Document and report any production issues or downtime.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Familiarity with coating machinery or similar experience preferred.

Technical Skills

• Safety protocols awareness
• Mechanical troubleshooting

Soft Skills

Certifications

• Forklift Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
