We are looking for a skilled Sugar Drier to join our dynamic team. As a Sugar Drier, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining our sugar drying equipment, ensuring that the production process runs smoothly and efficiently. You will play a crucial role in maintaining high standards of quality in sugar production.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the operation of sugar drying machinery.
• Ensure timely adjustments to drying conditions based on monitoring.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and repairs on machinery.
• Work closely with production staff to address any operational concerns.
• Keep accurate records of production and maintenance activities.
• Train new employees in machinery operation and safety practices.
• Assist in developing procedures for equipment efficiency.
• Participate in safety audits and training programs.
• Implement best practices in the drying process to reduce waste.
• Support efforts towards operational excellence and sustainability.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role in food processing

Technical Skills

• Equipment operation

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Ability to perform minor maintenance on equipment: Experience in troubleshooting and repairing machinery.
