Job Description

As a Hotel Superintendent, you will oversee the daily operations and maintenance of our hotel. You'll ensure the facility is well-maintained, staff are trained and supported, and that we achieve high guest satisfaction levels.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor hotel staff to promote a culture of teamwork and service excellence.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
  • Analyze guest feedback and reports to enhance service delivery.
  • Create marketing strategies to attract new guests.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and vendors to foster business growth.
  • Monitor financial performance and implement cost control measures.
  • Oversee inventory management for supplies and equipment.
  • Participate in the development of the hotel’s strategic plan.
  • Prepare and submit reports to upper management regarding hotel operations.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and audits to maintain operational standards.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Hospitality Management or Business Administration is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years managing upscale hotels or luxury resorts
