Job Description
As a Hotel Superintendent, you will oversee the daily operations and maintenance of our hotel. You'll ensure the facility is well-maintained, staff are trained and supported, and that we achieve high guest satisfaction levels.
Responsibilities
Lead and mentor hotel staff to promote a culture of teamwork and service excellence.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
Analyze guest feedback and reports to enhance service delivery.
Create marketing strategies to attract new guests.
Develop and maintain relationships with clients and vendors to foster business growth.
Monitor financial performance and implement cost control measures.
Oversee inventory management for supplies and equipment.
Participate in the development of the hotel’s strategic plan.
Prepare and submit reports to upper management regarding hotel operations.
Conduct regular site inspections and audits to maintain operational standards.
Requirements
Education
Master's degree in Hospitality Management or Business Administration is preferred
Experience
5+ years managing upscale hotels or luxury resorts
