Job Description
As a Hotel Superintendent, you will oversee the daily operations and maintenance of our hotel. You'll ensure the facility is well-maintained, staff are trained and supported, and that we achieve high guest satisfaction levels.

Job Responsibilities
  • Lead and mentor hotel staff to promote a culture of teamwork and service excellence.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
  • Analyze guest feedback and reports to enhance service delivery.
  • Create marketing strategies to attract new guests.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and vendors to foster business growth.
  • Monitor financial performance and implement cost control measures.
  • Oversee inventory management for supplies and equipment.
  • Participate in the development of the hotel’s strategic plan.
  • Prepare and submit reports to upper management regarding hotel operations.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and audits to maintain operational standards.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
  • Leadership Proven leadership skills in managing hotel staff and operations.
  • Budget Management Experience in financial management and budgeting for hotel operations.
  • Customer Service Strong ability to enhance customer satisfaction and resolve conflicts.
  • Communication Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Problem-solving Ability to analyze issues and provide effective solutions.
  • Time Management Skilled in prioritizing tasks and managing schedules effectively.
  • Certified Hotel Administrator (CHA)
  • English (Fluent)
  • Spanish (Conversational)
Advantageous
  • Knowledge of hotel management software: Proficiency in software tools such as OPERA or Fidelio.
  • Experience with guest relationship management systems: Familiarity with systems that enhance guest experience through targeted services.
