Job Description

The Fermenting Cellars Supervisor will oversee the fermentation processes and quality control of our artisanal beverages. This role involves managing a dedicated team, ensuring all production targets are met, and upholding the highest standards of quality.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day fermentation operations, ensuring timely production.
  • Provide guidance and support to cellar team members.
  • Ensure quality assurance through routine sampling and testing.
  • Maintain a clean and organized cellar environment.
  • Report regularly on production metrics and safety compliance.
  • Develop training materials and programs for new hires.
  • Engage in problem-solving to quickly address production issues.
  • Maintain records of processes, outcomes, and improvements.
  • Stay updated on industry trends to bring innovation to our processes.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Brewing Science or related field
  • Certification in Quality Management is preferred
Experience
  • Minimum of 5 years in the food and beverage industry, especially in fermentation and brewing
