Job Description

As a Rolling Machine Setter, Operator, and Tender, you will play a crucial role in producing high-quality metal and plastic components. You will set up, operate, and maintain rolling machines, ensuring accurate specifications are met while adhering to safety standards.

Responsibilities

  • Set up equipment and tools for metal and plastic rolling operations.
  • Conduct tests to ensure machinery operates correctly.
  • Review production schedules and adjust operations as needed.
  • Report any issues or defects to the Production Manager.
  • Work in concert with the quality assurance team to ensure standards.
  • Maintain organized work area and adhere to all safety protocols.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Assist with inventory management of raw materials.
  • Document all machine operations and maintenance activities.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices and enhance skills.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Vocational training in manufacturing preferred
Experience
  • 2-4 years of experience in a manufacturing setting
