Job Description
Join our dedicated healthcare team as a Dialysis Registered Nurse! You will be responsible for administering treatments, conducting assessments, and providing emotional support to patients and their families throughout the dialysis process.
Responsibilities
Monitor and document every aspect of patient care during each treatment session.
Coordinate with social workers and dietitians to address comprehensive patient needs.
Use electronic health records (EHR) to track patient progress and treatment efficacy.
Assess and respond to changes in patient conditions promptly.
Educate patients on nutrition and exercise related to kidney health.
Support and mentor new nursing staff and dialysis technicians.
Lead patient education sessions on kidney disease awareness and prevention.
Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams for holistic patient care.
Participate in continuous education and training programs.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Nursing
Experience
Preferred experience in a hospital or dialysis setting.
