Job Description

Cincinnati Events Co. is seeking a detail-oriented Event Planner to join our dynamic team. This role involves overseeing all aspects of event planning including budgeting, logistics, and coordination with vendors. The ideal candidate will be a creative thinker with a flair for organization and a passion for putting on exceptional events.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate recruitment activities and manage the hiring process.
  • Assist in employee performance evaluations and career development.
  • Implement and improve HR policies and processes.
  • Conduct employee training, workshops, and team-building activities.
  • Handle disciplinary actions and conflict mediation.
  • Ensure accurate record-keeping and compliance with regulations.
  • Foster a positive organizational culture through various initiatives.
  • Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Master's degree in HR Management is preferred
Experience
  • 3-5 years in an HR Generalist or similar role
