Learning and Development Specialist

Job Description

We are seeking a Learning and Development Specialist to design, implement, and oversee training programs that enhance employee skills and career growth. The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of adult learning principles and a proven track record in instructional design.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement training modules tailored to various learning styles.
• Utilize e-learning platforms to create engaging online content.
• Track employee progress and provide coaching as necessary.
• Prepare reports on completed training and participant feedback.
• Create and maintain a resource library of training materials.
• Host informational sessions to promote available training opportunities.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Human Resources or Organizational Development preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in Learning and Development

Technical Skills

• Training Management Software (e.g. LMS)
• Data Analysis and Reporting

Soft Skills

• Leadership
• Project Management

Certifications

• Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Knowledge of Workplace Learning Theories: Understanding of theories and methodologies behind effective adult learning.
