Learning and Development Specialist

Job Description

We are seeking a Learning and Development Specialist to design, implement, and oversee training programs that enhance employee skills and career growth. The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of adult learning principles and a proven track record in instructional design.

Responsibilities

• Research new training methodologies and apply best practices.
• Gather and analyze feedback to enhance training programs.
• Support onboarding processes with training initiatives for new hires.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning within the organization.
• Assist in developing leadership training programs.
• Manage relationships with external training vendors.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Human Resources or Organizational Development preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in Learning and Development

Technical Skills

• Training Management Software (e.g. LMS)
• Data Analysis and Reporting

Soft Skills

• Leadership
• Project Management

Certifications

• Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Knowledge of Workplace Learning Theories: Understanding of theories and methodologies behind effective adult learning.
• Experience with Performance Improvement Initiatives: Capability to design and implement programs aimed at improving employee performance.
