Job Description

We are searching for a seasoned Compensation and Benefits Manager who will play a key role in shaping and managing our compensation frameworks across the organization. The ideal candidate will utilize their experience to analyze compensation trends, conduct job evaluations, and support HR initiatives aimed at attracting and retaining top talent.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and implement compensation strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Perform comprehensive analysis of market compensation data to adjust company pay scales.
  • Facilitate job analysis and ensure salary design reflects job responsibilities and duties.
  • Draft and review policies regarding compensation and benefits to ensure compliance.
  • Guide HR in orchestrating communication regarding compensation programs to staff.
  • Manage annual salary surveys and benchmarking processes.
  • Advise on best practices for employee total rewards programs.
  • Engage with various levels of management to understand compensation concerns and objectives.
  • Conduct research on industry trends and recommend changes to existing policies.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Master's degree preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in compensation and benefits management
