Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Conversion Worker to join our team. The Conversion Worker will be responsible for converting various materials into specified formats or sizes. This role requires attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently to meet production deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Review work orders and understand specifications for conversions.
• Adjust machine settings and parameters as necessary.
• Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance on machinery.
• Document production data and maintain accurate records.
• Identify and troubleshoot issues or defects during the conversion process.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within the production line.

Requirements

Education

• Technical certifications in manufacturing or equivalent experience

Experience

• Preferred experience with specific conversion machinery or equipment.
