Job Description

Join our dynamic educational team as a Substitute Teaching Assistant! You will assist teachers with lesson preparation and classroom management, ensuring an enriching experience for our students while maintaining a positive and structured classroom environment.

Responsibilities

  • Support lead teachers in daily classroom activities and lesson delivery.
  • Monitor student engagement and participation during lessons.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as grading and paperwork.
  • Provide individualized support to students who need extra help.
  • Coordinate with other team members to implement classroom initiatives.
  • Encourage student collaboration and communication through group activities.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
  • Teaching certificate or substitute teaching permit is preferred
Experience
  • No formal experience required, but prior experience working with children is a plus
