Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Software Quality Assurance Analyst responsible for ensuring the quality and functionality of our software applications. The ideal candidate will work closely with development teams to create and execute comprehensive test plans, troubleshoot issues, and enhance our products' overall performance.

Responsibilities

  • Design and maintain automated test scripts using appropriate testing tools.
  • Participate in user acceptance testing to validate software functionality.
  • Collaborate with project managers to ensure project timelines are met.
  • Collect and analyze data to assess quality assurance metrics.
  • Train and mentor junior QA team members.
  • Manage defects and track them through resolution in the defect tracking system.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Master's degree in Quality Assurance or related field is preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in software testing and QA
