Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain scallop harvesting equipment.
• Assist in training new crew members on fishing techniques.
• Monitor weather conditions and adjust operations accordingly.
• Report any issues with equipment or vessel to the Captain promptly.
• Engage in marketing and sales of seafood products when needed.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in scallop fishing and seafood processing

Languages
