Job Description

As a Member Concierge, you will provide exceptional customer service to our members, assisting them in navigating our services and offerings. Your goal will be to ensure a seamless and positive member experience through prompt and effective communication.

Responsibilities

  • Handle member complaints and escalate complex issues to appropriate departments.
  • Develop training materials for new team members focusing on customer service best practices.
  • Work with marketing to communicate new programs to members.
  • Assist in tracking member feedback to help improve services.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.

Requirements

Education
  • Additional language proficiency is a plus.
Experience
  • Experience working in a membership-based organization is advantageous.
