Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth financial analysis to support strategic initiatives.
• Prepare and present financial forecasts to senior management.
• Identify key performance indicators and monitor financial outcomes.
• Evaluate financial data accuracy and ensure timely reporting.
• Support the data gathering for audits and financial reviews.
• Collaborate with the accounting team to enhance reporting processes.
• Develop and maintain financial dashboards for management review.
• Engage in risk analysis to help mitigate financial risks.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
• MBA is highly desirable

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in a financial analyst role
