We are seeking skilled Accountants and Auditors to join our dynamic finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing accurate financial statements, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements. Responsibilities

• Develop and implement financial reporting systems to ensure accuracy.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance accounting processes.
• Support management in financial decision-making by providing insights.
• Ensure internal controls are in place and followed.
• Evaluate and improve existing accounting processes.
• Provide training and support to junior accounting staff.
• Engage with external auditors during audits.
• Prepare schedules for financial audits and tax filings.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Master's degree in Finance or related field is preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of accounting or auditing experience

Technical Skills

• Tax Preparation Knowledge
• Internal Controls Understanding

Certifications

• Certified Internal Auditor (CIA)
• Certified Financial Planner (CFP)

Languages

• English: Fluent
