Job Description

As a Grinding, Lapping, Polishing, and Buffing Machine Tool Setter, you will operate, set up, and maintain machines that produce threaded parts. You'll be responsible for ensuring that every product adheres to our strict quality control standards.

Responsibilities

• Set up and adjust grinding machines for production runs
• Inspect and measure parts to check for quality compliance
• Document machine maintenance and production outputs
• Troubleshoot any issues with machinery promptly
• Collaborate with team members to enhance production efficiency
• Ensure a clean and organized work area
• Train new employees on machine operations
• Participate in safety training and performance improvement initiatives

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• 1-2 years of experience in machine operation preferred

Technical Skills

• Ability to read technical drawings
• Experience with precision measuring tools

Soft Skills

• Adaptability
• Strong work ethic

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Hands-on experience with manual lathes: Practical knowledge of working with various lathes for threaded parts.
