Job Description

As a Traverse Rod Assembler at Quality Window Solutions, you will be responsible for the assembly of traverse rods following precise specifications and quality standards. Your role is critical to ensuring our products not only meet but exceed customer expectations. Ideal candidates will have a keen eye for detail and strong manual dexterity.

Responsibilities

• Interpret work instructions and blueprints accurately.
• Use hand tools and machinery to assemble traverse rods.
• Check that assembly meets quality specifications and standards.
• Prepare packaging for outgoing products and ensure shipment readiness.
• Keep work area neat, safe, and organized for optimal productivity.
• Engage with team members to resolve production challenges.
• Maintain tools and machinery according to safety regulations.
• Document assembly processes and suggest improvements when applicable.
• Monitor inventory levels of materials and notify management when reordering is necessary.
• Assist in training new team members when needed.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; further education is a plus

Experience

• Prior experience in a manufacturing setting is preferred.
