As a Rivet Passer, you will play a vital role in our manufacturing team by ensuring the smooth supply of rivets to riveters. Your keen attention to detail and excellent hand-eye coordination will aid in achieving precision in riveting processes. Responsibilities

• Set up and operate riveting equipment as required.
• Position and install rivets adhering to quality standards.
• Inspect completed assemblies for quality and accuracy.
• Maintain an organized work area, ensuring cleanliness and safety.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss daily tasks and improvements.
• Support fellow technicians in their tasks as needed.
• Document daily production metrics accurately.
• Assist in training new employees as necessary.

Requirements

Education

• No formal education required

Experience

• No previous experience required, but experience in manufacturing or construction is advantageous.

Technical Skills

• Excellent hand-eye coordination
• Familiarity with basic hand tools

Languages

• English: Fluent
