Job Description

Responsibilities

• Oversee the design process for weapon systems, ensuring alignment with operational requirements.

• Analyze performance data and implement improvements based on testing results.
• Review and revise project documentation to reflect design changes and updates.
• Conduct regular meetings with team members to monitor project progress.
• Develop risk management strategies to mitigate potential issues during production.
• Implement cutting-edge technologies to enhance weapon system capabilities.
• Support the development of strategies for the safe transport and handling of weapon systems.
• Coordinate with legal and compliance teams to ensure adherence to military regulations.
• Mentor junior engineers in best practices and technical skills.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably in Weapons Engineering or related field
• Advanced degree is preferred

Experience

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in aerospace or defense engineering

Certifications

• Defense Acquisition University (DAU) Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

• Experience Working on Classified Projects: Prior experience in handling sensitive or classified information within defense projects.
