Responsibilities

• Quality check all finished hats ensuring each piece is flawless.
• Document the design process for future reference and improvement.
• Manage project timelines effectively to meet deadlines.
• Provide training to new team members on hat-making techniques.
• Assist in marketing efforts by showcasing designs on social media.
• Adapt designs based on customer feedback to refine future collections.

Requirements

Education

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Certification in Fashion Design or related field preferred

Experience

• Prior experience in hat making or millinery is highly desirable.
