Job Description

The Textile Bleaching and Dyeing Machine Operator will oversee the operation of machines that process fabrics using various bleaching and dyeing techniques. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with dyeing processes and machine operation.

Responsibilities

• Set up machines for dyeing and bleaching operations as per production orders.
• Monitor fabric processing to prevent defects and ensure finish quality.
• Record production data for analysis and improvement.
• Ensure safety measures are followed by all machine operators.
• Backstop the quality control process by checking and documenting fabric color conformity.

Requirements

Education

• Associate's degree in Textile Technology or related field
• Bachelor's degree preferred

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in a similar environment

Technical Skills

• Dye Composition Knowledge
• Safety Standards Compliance
