Job Description

We are actively seeking Semiconductor Processing Technicians to join our team in Boston. The successful candidates will be essential in operating and monitoring chemical processing equipment, ensuring a safe and efficient production environment.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in troubleshooting equipment malfunctions and coordinate repairs.
  • Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Support the implementation of lean manufacturing principles.
  • Coordinate with Quality Control to address any compliance issues.
  • Engage in team meetings to review production goals and outcomes.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace in accordance with health standards.

Requirements

Education
  • Associate degree in Chemical Engineering or related field
  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering is preferred
Experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in semiconductor or chemical manufacturing
