Job Description

As a Test Evaluator, you will be responsible for evaluating test results, identifying performance trends, and providing feedback to improve test design and item quality. Your insights will directly contribute to creating high-quality assessments in the educational sector.

Responsibilities

• Review educational assessment items for clarity and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with educators and administrators to understand testing needs.
• Leverage statistical methodologies to ensure assessments are valid and reliable.
• Provide insights to improve test design and educational efficacy.
• Conduct pilot tests for new assessments to gather preliminary data.
• Assist in the continuous improvement of assessment strategies and practices.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Statistics, Education, or a related field is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in educational assessment and testing

Technical Skills

• SPSS
• Microsoft Excel

Soft Skills

• Critical Thinking
• Interpersonal Skills

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Master's degree in a relevant field: Preferred qualification for advanced roles in educational assessment.
• Experience with computer adaptive testing: Familiarity with developing or evaluating computer adaptive assessments.
