As an Environmental Compliance Inspector, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our operations adhere to environmental regulations. Your expertise in hazardous waste management and compliance will help us maintain sustainable practices and protect the environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the execution of hazardous waste inspections and reporting.
• Develop training materials for staff on environmental compliance.
• Monitor changes in environmental legislation and advise the organization.
• Participate in environmental audits conducted by external parties.
• Facilitate the development of sustainability projects.
• Identify best practices in waste management and implement them.
• Support the investigation and resolution of environmental non-compliance issues.
• Assist in preparing documentation for regulatory submissions.
• Liaise with legal teams for environmental legal compliance.
• Provide insights into regulatory requirements during project planning.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering or related field
• Master's degree in Environmental Management preferred

Experience

• 4+ years of experience with hazardous waste management and regulatory compliance
