Job Description

As a Panel Installer, you will play a crucial role in the installation and assembly of solar panels and other renewable energy systems. Your expertise will ensure that installations meet industry standards and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and install components of renewable energy systems, ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Perform quality inspections on installations to ensure standards are met.
• Coordinate with project teams to optimize work schedules and resources.
• Keep up to date with industry standards and best practices.
• Participate in safety training and adopt best practices in all tasks.
• Manage your time effectively to meet project deadlines.
• Assist in preparing project documentation and reports.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Technical training in electrical or renewable energy installation is advantageous

Experience

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in renewable energy panel installation.

Technical Skills

• Familiarity with installation tools and safety equipment
• Experience with battery storage systems

Soft Skills

• Analytical thinking
• Team collaboration

Certifications

• CPR and First Aid Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Project Management Experience: Experience managing small to medium installation projects is a plus.
