Job Description

We are seeking a skilled First-Line Supervisor of Material-Moving Machine and Vehicle Operators to manage day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will oversee loading and unloading, ensure safety protocols are followed, and maintain high standards of customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the loading and unloading process to maximize efficiency and safety.
  • Ensure drivers follow all traffic regulations and safety protocols.
  • Coordinate schedules for multiple moving teams to meet customer demands.
  • Maintain accurate records of materials and equipment used in operations.
  • Resolve conflicts or issues that arise during moving operations.
  • Evaluate performance and provide feedback to team members regularly.
  • Implement strategies for improving operational efficiency.
  • Organize equipment and ensure its availability for jobs as required.
  • Maintain communication with clients to ensure satisfaction throughout the process.
  • Support the development of training programs for new employees.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
Experience
  • At least 3 years of supervisory experience in logistics or related fields
