Responsibilities

• Set up machines based on production needs while adhering to safety protocols.
• Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments for optimal output.
• Conduct quality checks on fabrics and finished products to ensure consistency.
• Engage in problem-solving techniques to address production challenges swiftly.
• Maintain accurate records of production output and machine maintenance.
• Work collaboratively with the design team to execute complex stitch patterns.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss production progress and areas for improvement.

Requirements

Education

• Formal training in sewing and embroidery preferred

Experience

• 2-4 years of experience operating fancy stitching machines is preferred.
